1. License grant

When you subscribe to TitanCart ("the Software"), we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software for as long as your subscription is active. Your subscription includes a single license key that you may activate on up to the number of sites included in your plan (for example, 1, 5, or 25 sites, depending on the tier you choose). You may run the Software on any sites you own or operate, up to that activation limit. The Software is licensed, not sold.

2. Annual subscription, billing, and automatic renewal

TitanCart is a recurring annual subscription. Your subscription renews automatically each year and your payment method is charged the then-current annual price, unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize these recurring annual charges. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard (or by contacting us); cancellation stops the next renewal — your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

3. Evaluating TitanCart before you buy

TitanCart Lite is our free edition, published on WordPress.org. It is free and GPL-licensed, requires no license key, and has no time limit. It runs a complete storefront, so you can install it on your own site and evaluate the Software in real conditions, for as long as you like, before you pay anything. We do not offer a separate paid trial — Lite is the trial, and it does not expire.

4. What your subscription includes

While your subscription is active, you receive:

• A license key and the right to run the Software on the sites covered by your license.
• All updates, security fixes, and new features for the Software, delivered through your TitanCart account and the built-in update system.
• Product support as described at the time of purchase.

When your subscription ends, your license key stops validating. On every site covered by your license, TitanCart reverts to the free Lite edition and the extensions included with your subscription are deactivated. Your store, products, orders and customer data are not affected, and renewing restores full functionality.

5. License key and account

Your license key and account credentials are personal to you. You may not share, resell, sublicense, or publicly distribute your license key, account access, or download links. Doing so may result in your license being suspended or terminated without refund.

6. Refunds

These are digital products, delivered immediately and available to download as soon as your order completes. A purchase is refundable only while the Software has not been downloaded. Once any file covered by your order has been downloaded — including any extension covered by your subscription — that order is no longer refundable. This is disclosed to you on the download page before you download.

Automatic annual renewals, and any unused portion of a subscription period, are non-refundable. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your renewal date — you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for.

We take this position because you never have to pay in order to evaluate TitanCart: the free Lite edition described in section 3 lets you assess the Software fully before you buy. If something is not working as described, please contact support first — we would rather fix the problem. Where a refund is not available, store credit or an exchange may be offered at our discretion.

7. Cancellation and what happens when your subscription ends

You may cancel at any time, and you will keep access until the end of your current paid period. When your subscription ends or is not renewed, your license key is deactivated and you will no longer receive updates, new features, or support. You may continue using the last version you received, but running an unsupported, un-updated version is at your own risk.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Software for any unlawful purpose, not to remove or alter licensing or authorship notices, and not to redistribute the Software in a way that competes with or undermines TitanCart.

9. Warranty disclaimer and liability

The Software is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software. Always keep a backup of your site before installing or updating.

10. Acceptance

By checking the box below and completing your order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms, including the automatic annual renewal in section 2 and the refund policy in section 6.
