Software Licensing

1. License grant

When you purchase a TitanCart extension or plugin ("the Software"), we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on one site you own or operate. The Software is licensed, not sold.

2. What your purchase includes

Your purchase is a one-time payment that includes:

• A download of the Software and a license key.
• Free updates for the lifetime of the product, delivered through your TitanCart account and the built-in update system.
• Product support as described on the marketplace at the time of purchase.

3. License key and account

Your license key and account credentials are personal to you. You may not share, resell, sublicense, or publicly distribute your license key, account access, or download links. Doing so may result in your license being revoked without refund.

4. Updates and support

Free lifetime updates and support depend on a valid license and an active account. We may end support for a product with reasonable notice; existing installations will continue to function.

5. Refunds

These are digital products delivered immediately with a license key. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase — contact us within that window to request a refund. Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of license-key sharing, redistribution, or other abuse of these terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Software for any unlawful purpose, not to remove or alter licensing or authorship notices, and not to redistribute the Software in a way that competes with or undermines the marketplace.

7. Warranty disclaimer and liability

The Software is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software. Always keep a backup before installing or updating any extension.
