Software Licensing

1. License grant

When you purchase a TitanCart extension, plugin, or theme ("the Software"), we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on the sites covered by your license. The Software is licensed, not sold.

2. What your purchase includes

Your purchase is a one-time payment that includes:

• A download of the Software and a license key.
• Free updates for the lifetime of the product, delivered through your TitanCart account and the built-in update system.
• Product support as described on the marketplace at the time of purchase.

3. License key and account

Your license key and account credentials are personal to you. You may not share, resell, sublicense, or publicly distribute your license key, account access, or download links. Doing so may result in your license being revoked without refund.

4. Updates and support

Free lifetime updates and support depend on a valid license and an active account. We may end support for a product with reasonable notice; existing installations will continue to function.

5. Refunds

These are digital products, delivered immediately with a license key. A purchase is refundable only while the Software has not been downloaded. Once any file covered by your order has been downloaded, that order is no longer refundable. This is disclosed to you on the download page before you download.

You never have to pay in order to evaluate TitanCart itself: TitanCart Lite is free and GPL-licensed on WordPress.org, with no license key and no time limit. Paid extensions and themes are not part of Lite, so please read the product page and its documentation before you purchase.

Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of license-key sharing, redistribution, or other abuse of these terms. If something is not working as described, please contact support first — we would rather fix the problem. Where a refund is not available, store credit or an exchange may be offered at our discretion.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Software for any unlawful purpose, not to remove or alter licensing or authorship notices, and not to redistribute the Software in a way that competes with or undermines the marketplace.

7. Warranty disclaimer and liability

The Software is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software. Always keep a backup before installing or updating any extension or theme.

8. Acceptance

By checking the box below and completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
