1. License grant

When you subscribe to TitanCart ("the Software"), we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software for as long as your subscription is active. Your subscription includes a single license key that you may activate on up to the number of sites included in your plan (for example, 1, 5, or 25 sites, depending on the tier you choose). You may run the Software on any sites you own or operate, up to that activation limit. The Software is licensed, not sold.

2. Annual subscription, billing, and automatic renewal

TitanCart is a recurring annual subscription. After any free trial, your subscription renews automatically each year and your payment method is charged the then-current annual price, unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize these recurring annual charges. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard (or by contacting us); cancellation stops the next renewal — your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

3. Free trial

Your subscription begins with a 14-day free trial that gives you full access to evaluate the Software. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your paid annual subscription starts automatically and your payment method is charged the first annual fee. You may cancel any time during the trial from your account to avoid being charged.

4. What your subscription includes

While your subscription is active, you receive:

• A license key and the right to run the Software on the sites covered by your license.
• All updates, security fixes, and new features for the Software, delivered through your TitanCart account and the built-in update system.
• Product support as described at the time of purchase.

5. License key and account

Your license key and account credentials are personal to you. You may not share, resell, sublicense, or publicly distribute your license key, account access, or download links. Doing so may result in your license being suspended or terminated without refund.

6. Refunds

Because we provide a free trial that lets you fully evaluate the Software before any payment, and because this is a recurring subscription, all payments are non-refundable. This includes initial charges, automatic annual renewals, and any unused portion of a subscription period. To avoid a charge or a renewal, cancel before the trial ends or before your renewal date — you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for.

7. Cancellation and what happens when your subscription ends

You may cancel at any time, and you will keep access until the end of your current paid period. When your subscription ends or is not renewed, your license key is deactivated and you will no longer receive updates, new features, or support. You may continue using the last version you received, but running an unsupported, un-updated version is at your own risk.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Software for any unlawful purpose, not to remove or alter licensing or authorship notices, and not to redistribute the Software in a way that competes with or undermines TitanCart.

9. Warranty disclaimer and liability

The Software is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software. Always keep a backup of your site before installing or updating.

10. Acceptance

By checking the box below and completing your order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms, including the automatic annual renewal in section 2 and the no-refund policy in section 6.
