Smart Dunning & Retry Logic — When a payment fails, the system doesn’t just cancel immediately. It retries with configurable intervals and sends reminder emails at each stage. You choose how many retries before suspension, and how long before final cancellation.
Customer Self-Service — Subscribers can pause, resume, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their subscriptions directly from their My Account dashboard. No support tickets needed for routine changes.
Admin Control Panel — A dedicated admin interface shows all active subscriptions, upcoming renewals, failed payments, and revenue metrics. Filter by status, search by customer, and take manual actions when needed.
Proration Support — When a customer upgrades mid-cycle, the system calculates the prorated difference automatically. No manual math required.
