All extensions and software sold on TitanCart Market are digital products, delivered by download immediately after purchase. The refund terms below are the terms you accept when you place an order — they are shown here exactly as they appear at checkout.
Extensions, themes, and other one-time purchases
These are digital products, delivered immediately with a license key. A purchase is refundable only while the Software has not been downloaded. Once any file covered by your order has been downloaded, that order is no longer refundable. This is disclosed to you on the download page before you download.
You never have to pay in order to evaluate TitanCart itself: TitanCart Lite is free and GPL-licensed on WordPress.org, with no license key and no time limit. Paid extensions and themes are not part of Lite, so please read the product page and its documentation before you purchase.
Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of license-key sharing, redistribution, or other abuse of these terms. If something is not working as described, please contact support first — we would rather fix the problem. Where a refund is not available, store credit or an exchange may be offered at our discretion.
Subscriptions — TitanCart eCommerce Plugin
These are digital products, delivered immediately and available to download as soon as your order completes. A purchase is refundable only while the Software has not been downloaded. Once any file covered by your order has been downloaded — including any extension covered by your subscription — that order is no longer refundable. This is disclosed to you on the download page before you download.
Automatic annual renewals, and any unused portion of a subscription period, are non-refundable. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your renewal date — you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for.
We take this position because you never have to pay in order to evaluate TitanCart: the free Lite edition described in section 3 lets you assess the Software fully before you buy. If something is not working as described, please contact support first — we would rather fix the problem. Where a refund is not available, store credit or an exchange may be offered at our discretion.
If you’ve already downloaded
We still want to make things right. If you’re not satisfied with a purchase you’ve downloaded, we can offer:
- Exchange — swap your purchase for a different extension.
- Store credit — the full purchase value issued as reward points to spend on anything in the marketplace.
How to request a refund, exchange, or store credit
Contact support at service@titancart.io with your order number. Refunds for un-downloaded orders are processed back to your original payment method, normally within a few business days.
